Sign the MEOK Partner Agreement

GRC white-label program. 30% revenue share on every Article 50 audit you bring us. Average partner close time: 11 days.

1. Parties

CSOAI Ltd (UK 16939677, 100% Nicholas Templeman) and [PARTNER_NAME], a GRC boutique consultancy. Effective on the date both parties sign.

2. Scope

PARTNER is authorised to re-sell the MEOK Article 50 audit under PARTNER's brand (white-label). 32-server MCP compliance fleet as the tooling. Ed25519-signed attestation as the deliverable.

3. Pricing & Revenue Share

PARTNER may set their own retail price (we suggest £8-12K). 30% of gross revenue to PARTNER, 70% to MEOK. Pro £199/mo and Enterprise £1,499/mo subscriptions are out of scope of this agreement (partner program applies to 48h Assessment + Article 50 Kit only).

4. Branding

PARTNER logo on every signed attestation. "Powered by MEOK" sub-line. CSOAI trust badge on the cert. PARTNER cannot use the MEOK logo in their own marketing without written permission.

5. Deliverables

MEOK ships: (a) white-label dashboard, (b) co-branded signed Ed25519 attestations, (c) pre-qualified lead flow from meok.ai/industries, (d) partner-only slack channel (1-day response SLA), (e) joint webinar + co-marketing (1 per quarter), (f) 12-framework crosswalk in 1 dashboard.

6. Partner Obligations

PARTNER shall: (a) maintain their GRC boutique in good standing, (b) pay the 30% rev share within 7 days of each audit delivery, (c) not solicit MEOK clients for direct relationships, (d) maintain client confidentiality, (e) comply with EU AI Act + DORA + GDPR + UK Money Laundering Regulations.

7. Term & Termination

12-month term, auto-renews. Either party may terminate with 30-day notice. Outstanding rev share obligations survive termination.

8. Liability

Each party liable for their own actions. MEOK's total liability capped at 12 months of fees paid. No consequential damages.

9. Governing Law

England & Wales. Mediation first (London), then English courts.

10. Signatures

Digital signatures via HelloSign or DocuSign. Effective on the date both parties sign. This agreement is the entire agreement; no prior representations bind either party.
